We've created the Cyma Immersion Programme to provide people like you with the opportunity to step into the world of Cyma and architecture. Our goal for this programme is to help you gain valuable experience in a supportive environment and develop into an innovative and creative architect.

The Immersion Programme is a two-year programme with the possibility to fast track. We'll work with you to allocate rotations in our business areas based on your interests - including IT and Business Architecture, Delivery, Sales and Finance/Operations. At the end of your programme, you'll have the opportunity to work in your area of interest and continue to develop your career aspirations.
