This year’s CEO Award goes to David Hosking!

In a team our size, every contribution matters and this year there have been some truly standout efforts across the board. From people stepping up to support the wider team, to consistently delivering high-quality work and backing each other when it’s needed most, it’s been incredible to reflect on what has been achieved together over the past 12 months.

What stood out about David was his consistency, dedication, and quiet determination. He brings a steady, hardworking presence to the team and consistently delivers at a high level. Beyond the work itself, though, it’s been fantastic watching him continue to step up, get involved, and become an even bigger part of the team culture over the last year.

Sometimes the people making the biggest impact are the ones quietly getting on with the job, supporting the business day in and day out, and this year, that absolutely deserves recognition.
